Marie Palmer is the Chief Customer Officer at 1E, responsible for Customer Success, Professional Services and Customer Education. Marie joined 1E in 2022, following the successful build out of an International Customer Success function at Carbon Black and the integration of the same team after the company was acquired by VMware.
Throughout her 25-year career, Marie has worked in Australia, the US and the UK as a Services and Customer Success leader. She formed some of the newest Customer Success teams in the early 2000s and has experienced the transformation of a number of companies from perpetual and on-premise to SaaS models. Deeply passionate about the customer, Marie has a relentless drive to deliver a world-class service and experience.
Marie currently lives in Windsor UK with her husband, 2 sons and a very friendly dog, Poppy.
