As we enter the summer and approach the second half of 2024, the digital employee experience (DEX) market continues to heat up within the broader IT landscape, evidenced by:
At 1E, we're also on a hot streak. Earlier this year, we announced 1E Intelligence, a significant step up for AI capabilities in the DEX market. For the first time, using 1E's intelligent sentiment abilities, digital workplace leaders can accurately gauge employees' digital experiences at scale.
Below are four more 1E announcements that validate the fast-expanding market and the growing recognition that DEX is a vital part of any enterprise.
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has chosen 1E as their vendor for a three-year, $37 million deal that includes more than half a million endpoints. The VA, responsible for providing vital, life-saving services to America's veterans, will benefit immensely from the 1E Platform. The cabinet-level department found that 1E is the only platform that meets their DEX and integration needs while delivering real-time remediations, even when endpoints are offline.
By implementing our DEX solutions, the VA will streamline digital operations, reduce downtime, and improve the overall digital experience for employees. With the deal, The Department of Veteran Affairs is now sponsoring 1E as we continue to progress toward FedRAMP certification.
Starting this summer, HP Inc. will include "HP Performance Assist powered by 1E" with every AI-enabled HP device. This will be the largest DEX deployment—ever. This partnership showcases the versatility of the 1E Platform. HP selected 1E due to our real-time remediation and automation capabilities and scalable architecture. The software provides real-time performance insights, automated issue resolution, and enhanced security. It's amazing to see just how tightly 1E technology integrates into existing technology ecosystems, delivering tangible benefits to end-users.
The 1E Platform is the only cloud native SaaS DEX solution built entirely on Microsoft Azure. This is critical for many of our customers as Azure is the enterprise cloud platform of choice. Our multi-tenant architecture running on Azure supports the elastic nature of cloud computing. This means businesses can scale up or down based on their needs, without significantly changing their infrastructure.
The channel is a fundamental component of 1E's current and future growth plans. Earlier this year, Christian Nagele joined the 1E Executive Leadership Team as our new Senior Vice President of Global Channel and Alliances. Christian has held previous Channel and Go-to-Market leadership positions at leading IT services companies such as Datto and SenseOn. In his role, Christian and his team work with Global System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Managed Service Providers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers to deliver scalability and fast deployment of DEX solutions.
These announcements represent pivotal points in both 1E's journey and the evolution of DEX. 1E's core purpose is to reimagine how technology serves people and create new ways for IT to shape the future of work. These milestones, I believe, honor and advance that commitment.
