McKayla is a Customer Marketing Specialist at 1E, with a solid foundation in business and a passion for customer engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
McKayla initially joined 1E as a Marketing Coordinator over a year ago. In this role, she honed her skills across various marketing disciplines, including event planning and management, social media, email marketing, analyst relations, customer marketing, and marketing operations. This experience provided her with comprehensive understanding of how to drive effective marketing initiatives and engage audiences within the DEX market.
McKayla has now transitioned into the role of Customer Marketing Specialist. In this role, she oversees customer advocacy programs, manages strategic communication, and gather valuable customer insights. She enjoys creating compelling content and experiences that resonate with customers and enhancing customer relationships.
