Robert Nichols
Rob Nichols is the Technical Escalation Engineer Team Lead in the Support Team for 1E.
He has worked in the Support team since 2007, and has been employed in various different aspects of the role, from Technical Account Contact, to Managed Service Engineer, working with Microsoft technology for sixteen years and with SMS/ ConfigMgr for more than eleven years.
Outside work Rob enjoys music and spending time with his young family in Hertfordshire.
