The second Work From Anywhere Conference of 2021 is right around the corner, and – as you may have already heard – we’ve got a fantastic line-up of digital workplace experts ready to explore everything you’ll need to build a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) plan for 2022. But what good is a jam-packed agenda, early access to exclusive research, and actionable DEX takeaways if we can’t engage and explore the future of the digital workplace together?
Well, unlike other virtual conferences, WFA is engineered both for the world of remote working and to ensure optimal attendee engagement. All sessions are designed in a sprint format that encourages high-energy conversations and provides a stream of valuable content in only half a day. All sessions are carried out live to ensure you have an opportunity to ask questions and engage with other attendees, and – to avoid the dreaded ‘Zoom fatigue’, the whole conference is only 4 hours long with sessions no longer than 25 minutes.
So, how will we put our money where our mouth is when it comes to providing attendees with engagement opportunities? Here's what you can expect on the day of WFA:
Throughout the conference stream attendees will have access to an in-platform chat feed, conveniently located right beside the ongoing stream so you can engage with other attendees, without ever having to leave the conference! Check out this sneak preview for a better idea of what to expect:
Throughout the duration of the conference we'll be keeping our LinkedIn and Twitter feeds up to date with live updates, ongoing coverage, and open topic discussions! You can keep an eye on all the social action by following us on LinkedIn and Twitter. PRO TIP: You can also follow our official hashtag (#WFAconf) to see our live social updates in your feed, and if you use it yourself you just might get a retweet!
What could be more frustrating than being surrounded by knowledgeable industry experts whilst simultaneously being unable to voice any burning questions you may have? WFA isn't about bums on seats and simply listening, we want to ensure you can get your questions answered by our brilliant speakers. As such, you will be able to submit questions about session topics during the conference. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the agenda or speaker line-up and prep any potential questions ahead of time (though of course we hope you'll be inspired by the sessions on the day too!)
So, not only can you expect actionable takeaways and content to help break down the siloes in your organization-wide approach to digital employee experience, but you’ll also have the opportunity to engage with experts and like-minded peers, in real time, globally.
