January 2024: setting the stage with AI-driven innovation

The year began by introducing 1E Intelligence EA, which added Intelligent Sentiment to detect user frustration and Intelligent Insights to provide actionable recommendations. These AI-driven tools help IT teams stay one step ahead, enabling faster problem-solving and improved employee satisfaction.

May 2024: achieving efficiency at scale

May was a standout month, with several milestones aimed at delivering efficiency and cost savings for our customers:

  • We partnered with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs on a $37 million initiative, expanding IT infrastructure across 600,000 endpoints to support critical services for veterans.
  • We launched Software Reclaim, helping organizations cut unnecessary costs by identifying and removing unused software.
  • Our new Device Refresh Solution simplifies desktop replacements with tools like HP Device Warranty integration and an Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) dashboard.
  • Enhancements to Inventory Insights and Management Group Safeguards provide deeper visibility and better control over IT operations.
  • To ensure stability, we introduced Long-Term Service Branch (LTSB) for 18 months of supported, enterprise-ready solutions.

July 2024: delivering real-time IT insights

In July, the focus was on giving IT teams the tools they need to act quickly and confidently. We expanded Device Inventory for a more detailed view of device attributes. July also saw the introduction of real-time response pages in Device Details to make issue resolution faster and more effective.

August 2024: recognition from Gartner

This summer, we were honored to be named a Leader in Gartner’s inaugural Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Management Tools. This recognition highlights the progress our customers have made in transforming their digital workplaces and improving employee experiences.

September 2024: enhancing engagement and benchmarking

September brought new capabilities to help customers measure and improve their digital environments:

  • The DEX Maturity Model offers a practical way to benchmark and enhance digital employee experience.
  • Visual Engagement Tools allow for easy creation of surveys and announcements to connect with employees more effectively.
  • Auto-Provisioned Client Certificates streamline and secure deployments, reducing complexity for IT teams.

October 2024: strategic growth through partnerships

October was all about expanding our capabilities through acquisitions and partnerships:

  • The Exoprise Acquisition strengthens our observability tools for better network and application performance.
  • Our partnership with Goliath Technologies brought new tools to healthcare IT. This transforms the clinician digital experience with automation and visibility.
  • Collaboration with B2M Solutions focuses on improving frontline worker experiences by proactively addressing device issues.

November 2024: building connections and advancing the platform

In November, we brought customers and industry experts together at the DEX Connect Summit in Austin, Texas. This event featured insights from Gartner, interactive sessions, and the launch of the 1E Community, creating a space for collaboration and knowledge-sharing among IT leaders.

We also introduced:

December 2024: wrapping up with AI-powered insights

  • Improved Inventory Insights navigation, separating Devices and Software areas for clarity and ease of use.
