Learn about the 1E integrations at MMS this year from Field Marketing Program Manager, Victoria Fiorini!
Victoria Fiorini (VF): We are always looking for ways to incorporate the entire MMS community into our event activities. This year will be no different! We will be holding a little competition at our booth and hope that everyone will want to participate. Let’s just say, the activity involves multiple smaller tasks that add up to some great prizes!
1E: What can attendees expect to see from 1E this year?
(VF): We have a week full of activities planned for the week. We have our expert session at 8AM on Monday morning and I can’t wait to see what Dave Fuller and Adrian Todd will show the attendees. I’m also very excited to announce that we will have David Frazer of First Citizens Bank join us for the session to share how he and his team have used 1E for their Windows 10 migrations.
Attendees should plan to stop by the booth to learn the rules of our game for the week. I think attendees will have a great time playing along and ultimately winning some cool prizes.
(VF): Emerging trends shape everything we do at the event from the messaging on our booth to what we speak about at the event. We work with the brightest 1E experts to ensure that we are delivering the most valuable insights to the attendees of MMS whether at our booth or in our session.
(VF): What I love most about this MMS is that it sticks to its roots and that it has not evolved at all into something “more”. It has simply gotten better. I love the community aspect of the entire event. I know that MMS could be significantly bigger than it currently is, however the organizers choose to keep the event to the size it currently is. There is something so great about walking into MMS on the first day and seeing familiar faces year-over-year. Of course, there are new faces each year, but by the end of the conference those new faces feel like old friends. . . and that is what I love about MMS. The organizers have found a way to grow the conference while maintaining the best community out there.
(VF): After two incredibly fun years at SMAAASH, we have decided to head back for another year of unlimited games, laser tag, and go-karting! This year we will incorporate some fun competition into the activities like go-karting and laser tag. Let’s just say, being the fastest driver or absolute sniper in laser tag isn’t the only way to win prizes.
(VF): Our expert session is of course at the top of my list and a great way to kick off MMS first thing on Monday morning. Other sessions I’m sure will be great are: Nerds of a Feather ConfigMgr, Solving Windows 7 Abatement Problems Together and ConfigMgr State of the Union.
We hope to see you there!
