New York, NY – September 2018 – 1E’s recent employee-boom had created some challenges at their previous location in midtown Manhattan. A significant growth-spurt of 65 new hires (including some returning employees) resulted in the leading enterprise endpoint security software company moving into a new, expanded office location right across the street at 1 Penn. The new space not only offers increased space but boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, polished floors, and a noise-reducing ceiling.

The necessity of the move is compounded by a corresponding growth in sales. As 1E founder and CEO Sumir Karayi reflects: “In 2018, we are on track for unprecedented double-digit growth and have built the sales engine to ensure we can continue to deliver this same growth rate going into 2019 and beyond.” In addition, Karayi reflects that “2018 will have delivered a transformative year in 1E’s history with the company set to complete a total shift to a subscription-based licensing model, without any external funding.”

1E is seeing significant territorial expansion, as well, with Andrew Herman joining as the company’s First Ever Regional Director dedicated to the Asia-Pacific region.

“It all adds up to one the most exciting moments in our twenty-year history,” adds Karayi.

The new space comes at the perfect time: 1E’s HR team expects to double the intake of talented newcomers next year. Alana Fallis, HR Coordinator for 1E in the US, said: “This project was 14 months in the making. This new office is the achievement of all of us, and we couldn't have made this move without every single person’s contribution to the business.”
